The American "Art" of War

Sadly, war is now, and for the foreseeable future, the American Way of Life. Carl Boggs has done our troubled world an outstanding favor by writing his book: "War and Empire: Rogue Superpower and World Domination, while Paul Rogers has written: "Losing Control: Global Security in the 21st Century, London: Pluto Press, 201o.
Please click on the title of this post to read all of the relevant details: "Collateral Damage", "Humanitarian" Warfare. "Client-state outlawry". "Perpetual War". (He must have meant "for perpetual peace" to be true to the predictions of George Orwell. Perhaps we can study this "Perpetual Peace" thing a little more detail, to find out what "George" really meant! Of course, the word "Humanitarian" warfare is an oxymoron, just like our new President, who was given a "Nobel Peace" Prize by the idiotic Nobel Committee for prolonging another war unnecessarily. In response, a car service station in our Metro Area put a sign up outside their building: "Nobel Peace Prize with Oil Change". I suspect they must have attracted a lot of business in that manner.

Seymor Hersh: US Troops Executing Prisoners in Afghanistan!

New Yorker journalist Seymour Hersh, who helped break the story that detainees at our Abu Graib prison in Iraq were being tortured by their US jailers told an audience at a journalism conference last month that American soldiers are now executing prisoners in Afghanistan. At the Global Investigative Journalism Conference in Geneva, he criticized President Barack Obama for these executions. What they have done in the field now is to make an immediate determination whether or not the prisoners are Taliban. "You must extract whatever tactical intelligence you can get, as opposed to strategic, long-range intelligence, immediately. Does that include branding the hapless detainee with a hot iron on his genitals?
To his credit, in 1969, he broke the story of our My Lai massacre in Vietnam, but advanced age appears to have brutalized him, and robbed his mind of any human decency.
He also revealed that the Bush Administration had developed advanced plans for a military strike on Iran. Please click on the heading of this posting for the rest of this story!

Texas Congressman Ron Paul will set us Free (If anyone can)

In an interview with Fox News, Texas Congressman Ron Paul commented on the serious crisis in Greece. He called it the opening of a much more serious crisis than the financial crisis. He predicts that what we are seeing is a shift from the financial crisis, and the financial institutions, to a currency crisis. Even though the dollar was up sharply yesterday, and has been up sharply last week, he sees an attack on the dollar. In terms of gold, the dollar has been rampantly devalued, which means that gold is "acting" as money. Governments are giving up on paper currencies, and Ron thinks this country and the world is in deep trouble, because this currency crisis is much worse than a financial crisis. It is a world problem, and our US will be the last one to fall, because most people in our world still mistakenly think that the dollar will save the financial mess of the other nations. What we have is a debt explosion, which has already occurred for 40 years. There will be anger, and riots in the streets when the general population of our world begins to realize what is happening to our world.

Was Last Week's Market Crash an Attack by Financial Terrorists?

Last week, the US stock market suffered the greatest sudden drop in it's history. Coming on the day that Congress considered two key financial reforms, this timing may indicate that Wall Street is resorting to extreme tactics in its effort to intimidate politicians who want to rein in the capital markets casino. In other words, the market plunge could have been an act of financial terrorism: Goldman Sachs, which is currently under investigation for a very different kind of fraud, has the trading power to make such a market crash occur, and has much to lose from financial reforms currently moving through Congress. This amalgamation of events is very similar to what took place on September 29, 2008, after the US House of Representatives shot down the "Troubled Asset Relief Program". Immediately after the vote, big banks made the market plunge a record of 778 points, sparking widespread fear AND PANIC that helped "convince" Congress to eventually pass the bailout. Personally, I liken it to the sort of pressure that a holdup victim feels, when a thug jumps from the bushes, holds a gun in your face, and says: Your money, or your life!!

A Massacre of Arabs Masked by a State of National Amnesia

When I worked for, (and finally received) my MBA (Master of Business Administration) at the University of Texas at Arlington, I was inevitably drawn to a young Palestinian, Samir Farah, at our Student Union Building, where we could enjoy a free exchange of ideas. (Someone later told me that any deviation in our hearts from the Gestapo-like nature, especially now, under our "Fuehrer" Barack Obama" might land us in our wonderful gas chambers, but I REALLY don't care anymore: I server in our US Army in Germany, and later in Vietnam, where I was "almost" whacked by those Vietnamese who disagreed by our American presence. To the patriotic Vietnamese who lived through my reign of terror, I offer my most humble apologies for my, and my adopted country's fascination to plunder a sovereign nation, and her people for the benefit of our criminally insane government, that instinctively realizes that our ultimate destruction is now inevitably at hand.

BP's Gross Negligence: By Greg Palast

In 1989, Greg Palast was a fraud investigator hired to dig into the Exxon Valdez disaster. Bottom line, the party most to blame for the destruction was British Petroleum. Now our environment is once more in "deep shit" because of that company! Basically, containing spilled oil is really quite simple and easy, but BP has figured out a very low cost way to prepare for this task: BP lies. BP fabricates and "obfuscates. That's because responding to a spill may be easy and simple, but NOT at all cheap, and BP is cheap. To contain a spill, you need a lot of rubber, long skirts of it called "boom". You need to quickly surround a leak or burst, then pump it into skimmers or disperse it, sink it or burn it. Rapid response is the KEY! In order to save the environment, you have to make certain that you have to have lots ready for any potential emergency, with crews on standby in helicopters, and on containment barges, ready to roll. They have to be in place around the clock, all the time, just like a fire department. Before the Exxon Valdez disaster, BP Alyeska had hired Alaskan Natives, trained them to drop from helicopters into the freezing water, and set the boom in case of emergency. Alyeska also certified in writing that that a containment barge with equipment was within five hours sailing of any point in the Prince William Sound. They also falsely told the state and federal government that it had plenty of boom and equipment cached on Bligh Island, but all of it was a lie!
