Gaddafi Rejects Rebel Truce Offer!

Moamar Gaddafi's regime has rejected a conditional ceasefire offer made by Libyan rebels, saying government forces would NOT withdraw from towns they now control. "Insurgents", who have been fighting for weeks to topple Mr. Gaddafi's regime had proposed a ceasefire on the condition government forces agreed to stop their assault on key cities and towns in the country's east, but government spokesman Mussa Ibrahim called the truce offer a trick, and said it would NOT be adhered to: "The rebels never offered peace. They don't offer peace, they are making impossible demands. We will NOT leave our cities. We are the government, not them", adding that the government was always ready to negotiate and wanted peace. The rebels insist despite the ceasefire offer, their goal is still to topple Mr. Gaddafi's regime, which has continued to make inroads into rebel-held cities, including the north-west oil town of Brega. Rebel forces have struggled for two days to retain and keep control of towns and facilities in Libya's east. The Libyan army has driven them out of a string of key oil terminals that the rebels had twice seized in recent weeks. Meanwhile, rebel leaders admit a lack of discipline and organization among opposition forces has cost the lives of too many children and civilians at the front line of the country's weeks-long conflict.

HAARP: America's Weapon to destroy our Planet!

The geo-tectonic disasters which led to the nuclear disaster in Japan, were caused by HAARP, an acronym for "High Frequency Active Auroral Research", which may well be the most silent and deadly weapon of all time, primarily because it is invisible to the eye, and therefore its existence can be denied by the US government, and readily dismissed by the world's media. Those in the forefront of probing and exposing this kind of government behavior have issued warnings about HAARP for many years, but few have paid any heed. As it is, the daily lives of people seem blissfully unaffected by events about which they know little or nothing. Daily news reports unfold with no mention as to how the powerful operate behind the scenes. We pay our mortgages, book our vacations and school our children, as a corporate and government "elite" engage in projects beyond our wildest imaginations. Conditioned to accept that "all is well" or, that we are powerless to affect change in a world disintegrating before our eyes. We conduct our lives until one day it affects us directly, but by then it is far too late. Ask the people of Japan how they feel, and the answers they now seek in the aftermath of unimaginable loss, and yet another future generation desecrated and ravaged by nuclear radiation.

Why Sarkozy Went to war in Libya

The French president spent five years as Minister of the Interior, building the image of a radical crime and immigration fighter, (in areas related to people of Muslim origin). Apparently Sarkozy wants to repeat the political strategy of the 2007 campaign, when he sought to follow the advice of Karl Rove. Instead of just trying to build a majority, he believed it is more effective to promote controversial issues such as immigration, identity, crime and Islam, which may provoke the fragmentation of the opposition. Besides the oil and import of arms, the issue of immigration comes up as a major concern of the European Community in relation to recent events in Libya and North Africa. One of the words most used by European diplomats in recent days to refer to the action of Gaddafi as "unacceptable". However, in recent years, it has been perfectly acceptable for the governments of the European Community to "outsource" the protection of their borders to this same "dictator". Over three years the police apparatus of Libya was used to keep migrants away from the sacred soil of Europe. "We are extremely concerned about developments in North Africa", said a spokesman for the European Commissioner for Internal Affairs - Michele Cercone, who visited Libya last year to carry out cooperation agreements with the promise for assistance of 5 billion euros a year in exchange for the cooperation of Colonel Gaddafi, who warned that: "Tomorrow, maybe Europe is no longer European, but black."

Is "Nobel Prize Winner Obama" More Brutal Than Bush

Those Americans and upstanding World Citizens who suffered through the "Bush Years" understand that Bush was a lying, war-mongering, torturing tyrant, who was far worse than the Romans in their day of crucifying Christians in their brutal and bloody arenas of torture! Is Nobel peace prize winner Obama even worse? Many governments, US congressmen, and other individuals have demanded that Obama return his Nobel peace prize for bombing Libya without congressional approval. Bush got our country into two wars to "protect our strategic national interests, and Obama just got us into a third war "for the same reason." Bush's decision to invade Iraq was met with large protests, and now Obama decided to get us into another war for the same reason. While Bush funded terrorist groups in other parts of our world, Obama is allegedly funding terrorist groups in Iran, and now, he is aiding the Libyan "rebels", even though there are allegations that over 1000 of them are Al Qaeda radicals, and that their leaders are CIA assets.

European Parliament issues warnings on HAARP

HAARP is a project of which the public is almost completely unaware, and this needs to be remedied! The daily lives of people seem blissfully unaffected by events about which they know little or nothing. Daily news reports unfold with no mention as to why and how the "powerful" operate behind the scenes. We pay our mortgages, book our vacations and school our children, as corporate and government elites engage in projects beyond our wildest imaginations. Conditioned from birth to accept that "all is well", or that we are powerless to affect change in a world that is disintegrating before our eyes, and conduct our lives until one day these problems affect us directly, unfortunately too late: Ask the people of Japan how they feel, and the answers they must now seek in the aftermath of unimaginable losses, while yet another future generation of their citizens is ravaged and desecrated by nuclear radiation. Nevertheless, a European Parliament document may provide a few answers: A technology called HAARP is actually a weapon, and the European Parliament has put NATO, the US Air Force, and Navy on notice, demanding an explanation on their government's involvement. The European Parliament regrets the refusal of the United States Administration to give evidence in a public hearing or any subsequent meeting held by its competent committee into the environmental and public risks connected with the high Frequency Active Auroral Research Project (HAARP) program currently being funded in Alaska. A document outlines why the strange frequency of bizarre global weather and geo-tectonic disasters appear to be on the rise, and why NATO, the US Air Force, and US Navy have been held accountable for their knowledge and shrouded use of HAARP technology. HAARP may well be the most silent and deadly weapon of all time - primarily because it is invisible to the naked eye, and thus, its existence can be denied by governments, and readily dismissed by the media. Those in the forefront of probing and exposing this kind of government behavior have issued warnings about HAARP for many years, though few have paid any heed to their urgent warnings. It is my considered opinion, that the enormous disaster and tragedy which we have observed in Japan was created by those who wanted to give the HAARP weapon a thorough test.

From Russia with Love: An Open Letter to Obama, Cameron, Sarkozy

Dear President Obama, President Sarkozy, and Prime Minister Cameron: Thank you for finally being concerned about the safety of innocent civilians. As you are aware, the United Nations had planned to pay homage to Muammar Al-Qathafi for his "human rights" record, after a carefully researched report was drawn up, praising him for his tremendous humanitarian work, not only in his own country, but across the the African continent. But now we have a question: If a group of carefully trained, heavily armed citizens seized power, burnt buildings, massacred civilians and destroyed government property in, say, Texas, Northern Ireland or Corsica, what would the authorities of your country do? Stand back with their hands over their hearts, or meet the challenge with armed security forces? You DO know who started the massacres in Benghazi? Another question: Where did all those former Libyan flags come from? Were they lying around somewhere in Libya for the last half-century, or were they manufactured overseas, as was the Libyan "Revolution". Actually, a series of questions. Did you know that Muammar Al-Qathafi inherited the poorest country on Earth, and turned it into the best in Africa in human development indices? Are you aware of the tremendous amount of good Muammar Al-Qathafi has done, and continues to do across the African continent? Were you aware that Libyans enjoy free housing? Have any of you implemented free housing policies in your own countries? UN Resolution 1970 forbids the supply of weaponry to the "poor unarmed civilians", running amok in Libya.

Gaddafi Forces retake Brega from fleeing "Rebels"!

Looks as though it's "Curtain Time" for the Libyan rebels, while Gaddafi's forces retake Brega, while rebel fighters are running for cover in the featureless desert. With Gaddafi's forces are advancing on Ajdabiya, rebels are fleeing back to the position they held before NATO air strikes began. Though NATO planes continue to bombard the retreating rebels, their outgunned opponents are being forced back from positions taken earlier this week, when they advanced to within 60 miles of Sirte, Gaddafi's home city. Meanwhile, as debate within the anti-Gaddafi "international coalition" over the legality of arming the rebellion continued, the foreign secretary, William Hague, said it would be "possible" to supply weapons under certain circumstances. Earlier, David Cameron told the Commons no decision had been made, but he "would not necessarily rule out the protection of civilians in certain circumstances. The rebels' rapid withdrawal came just days after they raced westward following the destruction of government tanks and artillery in five days of aerial bombardment in Ajdabija. Ragtag opposition fighters have repeatedly been forced to retreat after fierce bombardments by the more disciplined government troops.

Jim Kirwan: The Shadows Behind Our Secret Governments

There is a documentary made by Bill Moyers, that lays out very clearly how this nation came to be absolutely ruled by a secret government that answers to no one but itself: This documentary was first aired in April, 2007. Unfortunately, a number of key omissions, critical to our understanding of Israel's role throughout the rise of this criminal enterprise has led to many different quagmires that we must still face today. A document to that effect was made in 1976, the 200th anniversary of the US Constitution, yet none of the fact-finding inquiries resulted in jail time for any of those questions. As many years have rolled by, we have permitted these outlaws to enhance their original crimes, so that the entire world can no longer control its rogue governments, to whit: The bomb that killed the 241 Marines in Beirut was made and detonated by Mossad, the Israeli group which also killed the leader of Lebanon shortly afterward. Shortly after Bush, the elder, negotiated the release of the American hostages, held by Iran for 444 days, came the unprovoked Israeli attack on the USS Liberty. I was the Intelligence Operations Officer of our 4th US Armored Division in Goeppingen, Germany at that time, and ran the documentation of that Israeli crime immediately to my boss, Colonel Aantero Aakkula, who ordered me to run the message to our commander, General Sherrer. The General knew the Israelis from previous problems. Looking up briefly, he commented: "With friends like these, we have no need of enemies!"

Hillary Clinton Paves Way to Arm Libyan Rebels!

To tell you the truth, I never had a kind word for any of Hillary's self-promoting speeches. Now, she has told a London conference that the recent UN security council resolution relaxed an arms embargo on that country. As Libya's opposition leaders called for the "international community" to arm them. "Meanwhile, back at the ranch", she, and Obama would take any measures, except violence against the slackers who refuse to vote against "her majesty's visions of our world! On a brighter note, Clinton made clear that UN security council resolution 1973, which allowed military strikes against Muamar Gaddafi's regime, relaxed the embargo. Speaking after the conference on Libya in London, Clinton said: "It is our interpretation that resolution 1973 amended or overrode the absolute prohibition of arms to anyone in Libya, so that there could be "legitimate" transfer of arms if a country were to choose to do that. We have not made a decision at this time." Clinton's remarks came after the Libyan Transitional National Council used the London conference to issue a plea to be armed. Mahmoud Shammam, the council's head of media, told a press conference at the Foreign Office: "We asked everybody to help us in many ways. one of them is giving our youth some real weapons."

Are we Fighting a War for World Government in Libya: Are we really that stupid - Obama is

Are we, as a nation, really so stupid, that we are now eager to fight for "world government" Obama is! It is a test that the international community has to pass: While a parade of politicians and "pundits" cite the "international community", the UN, and the "Arab street" are supposedly given them the justification not only to wage an illegal war against Libya, but also to threaten an illegal war against Syria as well. It should be remembered that it was neither the UN nor the "inter - national" community that laid the ground work for this campaign. What started out, supposedly as spontaneous, simultaneous uprisings across the Middle East, has transformed clearly into an aggressive Western-backed blitzkrieg of destabilization and regime change. (Is that what Obama meant, when he constantly used the word "CHANGE" in his long, and boring speeches?) At the time, Wesley Clark, author of: "A Time to Lead: For Duty, Honor, and County (published in 2007) was popular, at least for those who love the concept of "whacking" the various non-militarized people on our planet - (Adolf Hitler would have been SO proud, but neither my mother, or my grandmother were very fond of him.)

Rick Rozoff: War on Libya, and Control of the Mediterranean.

A year after assuming the post of president of the French Republic in 2007, and while that nation held the rotating European Union presidency, Nicolas Sarkozy invited the heads of state of the EU's 27 members and those of 17 non-EU Mediterranean countries to attend a conference in Paris to launch a conference in Paris to launch a Mediterranean Union. In the words of Britain's Daily Telegraph regarding the subsequent summit held for that purpose on July 13, 2008, "Sarkozy's big idea is to use imperial Rome's center of the world as a unifying factor linking 44 countries that are home to 800 million people." Libyan leader Muammar Gaddafi, however, announced that his nation would boycott the gathering, denouncing the initiative as one aimed at dividing both Africa and the Arab world, and stating: "We shall have another Roman empire and imperialist design. There are imperialist maps and design. There are imperialist maps and designs that we have already rolled up. We should not have them again." The unprecedented summit was held with the intention of "shifting Europe's strategic focus towards the Middle East, North Africa and the Balkans."

Fidel Castro Ruz: Are We Truly Ready For a Partnership of Equals?

Are we our brother's keeper? Fidel Castro Ruz wants to know - he REALLY DOES! On Saturday evening, on the 19th of this month, after a sumptuous banquet, NATO leaders ordered their attack on Libya. Of course, NOTHING could occur without the United States claiming its irrefutable role as "supreme leader". From its command post of that institution in Europe, a senior official declared that "Odyssey Dawn" was about to begin. World public opinion was deeply touched by the tragedy in Japan - The number of victims of the earthquake, the tsunami and the nuclear accident has kept on growing. By now, there are thousands of dead, missing, and radiation contaminated. Resistance to the use of nuclear energy will also grow considerably. The world, in other words, is suffering. At the same time, the consequences of climatic changes, shortages and higher prices of food, military spending and the squandering of natural and human resources are increasing. Now, the people of our troubled planet are also faced with the turmoil of war. Enter Obama's trip through Latin America, for which, considering their many hardships, people were hardly paying attention. Obama had wanted to win the South American giant over to his way of thinking: He spoke of the extraordinary rise of Brazil, but no-one was really listening, though Obama was ready to support that country as a permanent member of the privileged Security Council.

Congressman Ron Paul: Constitutional Problems with the Libyan War

Last week the moronic Obama Administration took the United States to war against Libya, without bothering to notify Congress, much less obtain a Constitutionally-mandated declaration of war. In the midst of our severe economic downturn, this "misadventure" has already cost us hundreds of millions of dollars, and we can be sure that the final price tag will be several times higher. Why did the US intervene in a civil war in a country that has neither attacked us nor poses a threat? We are told this was another "humanitarian intervention, like Clinton's 1999 war against Serbia, but as civilian victims of the US-led coalition bombing continue to add up, it is getting difficult to determine whether the problem we are creating on the ground is worse than the one we are trying to solve. Though the administration seems to be playing with semantics, calling this a "kinetic military action", let's be clear: This is a US act of war against Libya. Imposing a no-fly zone over the air space of a sovereign nation is an act of war, as Defense Secretary Robert Gates pointed out before the bombing began. That the administration hesitates to call this war, probably due to the troubling Constitutional implications, does not mean that it is one. Article 1, Section 8 of our Constitution could not be clearer: "The power and obligation to declare war resides solely in the US Congress."

Pravda Comment: Obama Is a Barefaced Lier!

Let us call a spade, a spade: Armed marauding thugs, committing acts of terrorism and arson, and who manipulate the words of others to justify their actions, are merely barefaced liars. President Obama is one of these, and how wrong were we to believe that he represented a new America? Russia once praised the American people for playing "the race card" in the last election, because they were not racists. Let us call a spade a spade. The fact is, the west got the entire Libya story wrong. Fact: There is a tremendous amount of support for Colonel Muammar Al-Qathafi in Libya. Fact: Libyans enjoy the highest human development indices in Africa. Fact: In 1951, Libya was the poorest country in the world. Fact: The rebellion in Benghazi began with armed groups of thugs perpetrating massacres and acts of terrorism, against unarmed civilians. Fact: The author of this article once praised President Barack Obama for his new and welcome stance on international relations, but now admits that he was entirely wrong. Let us call a spade a spade. Call him a lawyer? He is a liar, a cheap, unadulterated, disgusting, barefaced liar. He purposely misinterpreted the words of Muammar Al-Qathafi, claiming that he had threatened his people with violence. HE DID NOT!

Representative Dennis J. Kucinich, Democrat of Ohio, is about to Impeach Obama!

Yes! Dennis J. Kucinich has raised the possibility of impeaching President Barack Obama for ordering aggressive air strikes against Libya, while Mitt Romney, a potential Republican presidential candidate, has said the policy shows the commander in chief to be "tentative, indecisive, timid and nuanced." What the "president" cannot brush aside is Col. Muammar el-Qaddafi, who Mr. Obama has declared must leave power. If a year from now the dictator still rules Libya, thumbing his nose at the West and plotting revenge, Mr. Obama's political prospects will suffer, and Mr. Romney's critique will resonate. Though Libya may me of marginal strategic interests to the United States, its huge oil deposits must be considered, in view of our own dwindling oil resources. Libya may be of marginal interest to the United States, especially compared with Pakistan, Afghanistan and Iran, yet in the short run, symbolically and politically, Mr. Obama may have more at stake. The analogy that might give the president comfort would be President George W. Bush's boast that the United States would "get Osama Bin Laden dead or alive." Foreign policy, except in times of unpopular and high-casualty wars, rarely drives US elections.
